A violation of any statement in our Terms of Service is cause for an account to be placed on hold. There is no guarantee that an account which is placed on hold will ever be taken off of hold status. 123StuffForFree.com reserves the right to change its Terms of Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. We also reserve the right to change the methods through which free items are earned. This may include, but is not limited to, increasing the number of referrals you have to earn. We may also add or remove any product listed as an incentive at any time. If we replace a product, the new product may not be of equal value. We reserve the right to change the offers at any time. We reserve the right to change the value of an offer at any time.
These broad terms are simply here to protect us. We are reasonable people who try to treat users of this site as we would want to be treated.
It is important to read and understand our complete Terms of Service, but here are some basic tips to prevent your account from being put on hold:
- Make sure you are the only one at your address who signs up for an account.
- Don't let other people sign up or access their account from your computer.
- Don't sign up or access your account from a public computer.
Also, make sure you have cookies enabled on your browser. Otherwise you will not receive credit for completing an offer. |
I. Membership
- All information provided must be complete and 100% accurate.
- All addresses must be in the United States. Users residing outside the U.S.
will not have items shipped to them and will not receive credit for completing
an offer.
- All users must be at least 18 years of age at the time they register their account.
- Items may not be shipped to post office boxes.
- Multiple accounts on an individual site (for example, ipods.123StuffForFree.com) are not allowed. You may sign up for each of the specific 123 sites. These terms apply to any individual site:
- Only one account is allowed per shipping address. All accounts with the same shipping address will be placed on hold.
- Only one account is allowed per IP address. If we log more than one account with the same IP address, all accounts involved will be placed on hold.
- One person may not have more than one account at 123StuffForFree.com, even if they provide different shipping addresses. If a person is suspected of having more than one account, all suspicious accounts will be placed on hold.
- One person may not join the site for another person or complete offers for another person's account.
- A user may not "walk" a referral through the creation of an account or the completion of an offer. All users must sign up for their individual account themselves and complete the offer process themselves. If a user is believed to have "walked" a referral through the signup and/or offer process, all involved parties will have their accounts placed on hold. If an interested party has a disability that affects their ability to use our site they may receive assistance, but a support ticket describing the situation must be created before an offer is completed.
- Referrals cannot be transferred or donated from one account to another. Two or more accounts cannot be merged into one account.
- Accounts cannot be deleted. If you do not want to continue after signing up, simply stop using the account.
II. Offers
- A user must be credited for one full-credit offer or two half-credit offers
to fulfill the offer requirement.
- Users may only receive credit for first-time offer completions. If a user has previously signed up for an offer elsewhere, he or she will not receive credit on our site for completing that same offer.
- A user must use the same email account for completing an offer that they used to register for 123StuffForFree.com. The user should also ensure that their browser settings are configured to accept all cookies and that other software such as spyware protection and popup blockers do not prevent completed offers from being tracked and credited.
- Receiving credit for an offer cannot be guaranteed. If you believe that you
have completed an offer correctly and have waited the time specified for your
offer to credit, log in to your account and submit a support ticket. We will
try to give you credit for that offer, but we cannot guarantee that you will
receive any form of credit.
- Users must complete the offer by using the link provided by 123StuffForFree.com.
If you go to the web site directly, use another affiliate's link, or go to
the offer site by any means other then through this web site, credit will not
be given for that offer completion.
- Users are responsible for saving all confirmation emails received by affiliate companies. These emails might be needed in the case that manual credit for an offer needs to be given.
- 123StuffForFree.com is not responsible for any unknown or unexpected charges that you receive from one or more of our offers. Read the offer's terms and conditions before signing up.
III. Products
- 123StuffForFree.com cannot guarantee the availability of a product at the
time of order. If a product is unavailable, you will be contacted and given
an alternate option.
- Users may not receive more than one prize from any individual site.
IV. Orders
- 123StuffForFree.com is not responsible for lost orders due to, but not limited
to, incorrect shipping addresses or errors by the shipping companies.
- Users who receive prizes totaling over $600 in any single calendar year are
required by federal law to complete an IRS W-9 form in its entirety and submit
it to us. For example, if a user has already received $599 in prizes in a calendar
year from us, we will need to receive a W-9 form before fulfilling any other
orders for that user.
- 123StuffForFree.com does not take returns or exchanges.
- There are additional terms for travel.123StuffForFree.com:
- We will issue a unique redemption code for each ticket earned. The code is good for one round-trip airline ticket within the United States.
- The redemption code is valid for one year from the date of issue.
- The redemption code will be sent by email to the address on file.
- Redemption codes will not be reissued and they should be kept secret.
- It is the user's responsibility to find an itinerary by visiting sites such as expedia.com.
- The total cost may not exceed $300, including all taxes, fees, and surcharges.
- We reserve the right to purchase a ticket that may differ from the requested
itinerary. The ticket purchased will be on a major airline. The departure
and arrival times will be within 60 minutes of the requested departure
and arrival times. The ticket may be non-refundable. The ticket may not
earn frequent flier miles.
- We will do our best to book the flight as soon as possible after the
request is made, but we cannot guarantee that the requested flight will
still be available at the same price when we attempt to buy the ticket.
If the ticket cost exceeds $300 at the time of purchase, the user will
have the option of finding an alternate itinerary or paying the difference
in cost.
- PayPal payments will only be sent to the email address of the user's 123StuffForFree.com account.
- PayPal payments will only be sent to accounts PayPal has listed as Verified.
V. Other Information
- Referral links may not be posted where such content is not allowed, such as on craigslist.org. Doing so may result in your account being placed on hold.
- 123StuffForFree.com is allowed to place any account on hold for any reason.
- 123StuffForFree.com is allowed to deny credit for any offer for any reason.
