How can you afford to give away such expensive prizes?
Rather than advertising on TV or in magazines, many companies choose to pay a referral fee for sending potential customers to them. We receive a commission every time an offer is completed and we use this money to pay for the prizes.

Will I get lots of spam from signing up?
No. We may email you from time to time, but we will not sell or share your email address with any unauthorized party. Our advertisers can have different practices. It is important that you read their privacy policies when considering an offer.

Can I sign up for your site if I live outside the United States?
Sorry. We are only open to U.S. residents.

What information about me will you collect?
We record your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, birthday, and IP address. This information enables us to send you a prize. It also helps us prevent fraud. We do not collect any credit card information. Advertisers that require a credit card to complete an offer never share that information with us.

OFFERS

A lot of the offers require a credit card to sign up. Do you get that information from them?
No. The advertisers do not share any information about you with us. We only receive a report that says we were credited for the offer.

How do you know I was the one who completed an offer if the advertiser doesn't share any of my personal information with you?
We include your user number in all of the offer links. Our advertisers track that number and when an offer is reported to us as completed, they tell us the user number that was in the original link.

I have two referrals who have each completed a half-credit offer. Does that count as one referral with a full credit?
No. Each specific user needs to complete a full-credit offer or two half-credit offers to be counted.

Can I transfer offer credits or referrals between sites?
No. Each site is operated separately.

What happens if I do more offers than I need.
There is no benefit to you, but we don't have a 'catch' that disqualifies you if that happens.

What can I do to help ensure I receive credit for an offer?
Offers are tracked through the use of cookies. Make sure your browser has cookies enabled and then clear your cookies before clicking an offer link.

What do I do if I have questions about a specific offer?
Contact the advertiser directly. You might also want to refer to the Federal Trade Commission's Guide to Trial Offers.

THE PROCESS

What do I do when I complete the requirements?
Log in and submit your order. First we'll verify that you and your referrals complied with our Terms of Service. Once approved your order will automatically be processed.

How long does it take to verify my account?
We verify accounts within one business day.

When will I receive my prize?
Orders are fulfilled within one week. For PayPal, which can be handled entirely online, this means you will receive your prize within one week from your order date. For physical items like iPods and cameras we will place the order with our vendor within one week, but it will take additional time for our vendor to process the order and ship the item to you.

HOLD STATUS

What does it mean if an account is placed on hold?
If a user violates our Terms of Service, we place their account on hold. A user whose account is on hold may not place an order. Also, accounts that are on hold do not count as a valid referral. If one of your referrals was placed on hold, your account is not affected other than being unable to count that user as one of your referrals.

If I am placed on hold on one site, can I sign up on another?
Possibly. If we believe the violation of our Terms of Service was without intent to defraud we will allow you to pursue our other sites. If you are in this position, it is best to contact us prior to signing up on another site.

MISCELLANEOUS

Can I sign up again for the same site?
No. You can sign up for each of our sites, but just once per site.

Are there any restrictions on the prizes I can get?
Yes. There are a couple of basic restrictions. 1) You can only order one prize per site. 2) If you receive $600 or more in prizes from us in a single calendar year we are required to have you fill out and submit a W-9 form to us. You can download the form from the IRS's website (http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf). To avoid delays in receiving your prize you can file this form with us prior to placing an order.

Can I close my account?
No. In order to prevent users from creating multiple accounts we do not delete or close accounts. If you sign up and then decide not to continue, you can just stop using our site.

How do I get referrals?
When you sign up you are given a unique referral link. Give this link to your friends, family, and anyone else you think might be interested. Some websites allow users to post links like that and others don't. Before posting your link on a website, make sure it is allowed. If we receive complaints of a user "spamming" their link, we may place that user on hold.
